Return of defective or damaged products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your refund or replacement, we will need you to provide details about the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence of the defective or damaged item. Once we have assessed the situation, we will offer you a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Return of incorrect products:

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your refund or shipment of the correct product, we will need you to provide details about the error and, if possible, a photo of the incorrect item received. Once we verify the discrepancy, we will offer you a full refund or send the correct product at no additional cost.

Return due to dissatisfaction:

We understand that every palate is unique and that tastes may vary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to quality or flavor reasons, we encourage you to let us know. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to dissatisfaction. Refund request process:

Refund processing time: We make every effort to process refunds within 5 business days after receiving and approving your request. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and bank.

All refund or return processes must be initiated by the buyer once the order has been delivered. Refund requests for undelivered orders will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for submitting the refund or return request within 24 hours after receiving the order. The buyer will be responsible for providing the requested information when evaluating the refund, which may include photos and/or videos of the packaging or product. In case of return approval, the product will be shipped within 7 days after the return is accepted. Marks on the product packaging due to mail handling do not necessarily represent a reason to approve a return. No refunds will be made for products sent to an incorrect address when the incorrect address was provided by the customer. In case of any inconvenience with the shipment, Vega’s Coffee may cancel the transaction without prior notification and issue a refund to the buyer.
