Yumac Coffee - Honey Process

It's a coffee with a natural drying process, which fermentation renders an exquisite coffee. Honey Coffee has a medium acidity with a full body, fruity flavors, and hints of honey. It's cultivated at over 3,000 feet above sea level in the town of Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico. Arabica / Marseille variety with a medium roast. Its "honey" process gives it a blend of fruity and balanced flavors, making the coffee a special selection.

Yumac Coffee-Caracolillo

It's a special coffee with a single-origin bean, Arabica / Caturra variety, from its farm certified as eco-beneficiary. It's cultivated in the heights of Adjuntas at 2,300 feet above sea level, with a cool climate amidst its mountains, making it an ideal place for the best coffee production. This coffee has notes of chocolate and nuts, delivering a craft coffee experience straight to the cup.
